The Digital Compendium once set up, and provisioned in our apartments/rooms, has made a significant positive difference in our guest reviews and other metrics. Since the introduction of these, calls / interactions with our staff relating to property/room and resort information have dropped by over 95%. It is a significant X factor for us. Guests can easily find anything they need to know, and in particular any complex how to information for example AV, internet, how to use particular appliances, how to navigate their way around the resort from the perspective of the particular room, where to find things, how to check out, where to leave keys, amongst many others. This makes it so much easier for guests, so they can focus on enjoying their vacation, and for us as operators, frees up a lot of staff time for much more productive activities.

Also from an operator perspective, guests use this functionality to report any damage, or cleaning etc issues. These appear on our internal teams Slack feeds, as well as that of our housekeeping services partners Slack feed (via API) instantaneously and simultaneously, We have also requested and had developed for us an API integration with our own PMS system. It makes these things EASY for guests, and saves us so much time (which is money).
