Also from an operator perspective, guests use this functionality to report any damage, or cleaning etc issues. These appear on our internal teams Slack feeds, as well as that of our housekeeping services partners Slack feed (via API) instantaneously and simultaneously, We have also requested and had developed for us an API integration with our own PMS system. It makes these things EASY for guests, and saves us so much time (which is money).
